Great Serviice This was my first time using the courtesy car pickup and it was a very good experience. Misha came and picked up my car. He was friendly and professional which put me at ease that my car was in good hands. Terry from service called me a short time later telling me my car was done and that Misha would be delivering it shortly. I definitely will continue to use Toyota for servicing my car! More

During this period of COVID-19 they took the extra steps My Highlander needed service but that COVID-19 presented barriers. Didn't get it right at first but came through the 2nd time! Our 2008 Toyota Highlander had a DOT bulletin for the ABS system failing. However, our local mechanic erased the codes required to complete the repair Our 2008 Toyota Highlander had a DOT bulletin for the ABS system failing. However, our local mechanic erased the codes required to complete the repair. The service department couldn't duplicate the ABS failure or fault codes keeping the SUV for several days. A few months later, the ABS started failing again and this time I was driving the Highlander. Not much fun, especially on off-ramps. Brought the SUV back to Rudy Luther and explained the situation. The service Ryan went through the bulletin to make sure we were still eligible for the repairs and then drove the SUV around the dealership. The brakes failed on him and he also said it wasn't a good experience. The accumulator and another part were replaced and now all's well. More
