The service was horrible. This was the first time in my ~15 years experiencing this. The loaner was not clean. There was white creamy residue on the steering wheel and in the This was the first time in my ~15 years experiencing this. The loaner was not clean. There was white creamy residue on the steering wheel and in the cup holder. The next loaner and dark spots on the light fabric seats. Once my car was complete, they did not vacuum it or remove the place mat covers used. It was horrible. More
