It was the Service Manager Missy Web-Harris who by far exceeded my expectations. In addition to my scheduled maintenance there was also a recall that needed attention. Missy didn’t burden me with having to figure out how I was going to fit this in my schedule. She proactively reviewed my profile identifying I wasn’t a local resident and recommended a way we could get everything done. When I shared I also had an older vehicle with an outstanding recall, Missy took the initiative to share how they would seamlessly take care of it also. I had a few questions and request and at no point did I feel like I was a bother. When Missy followed up, she knew all the details and anticipated any additional questions I would have.
