My service representative was helpful & friendly. There was lots of associates on their phone which was unprofessional in my opinion. I realize it was right before thanksgiving. My car has been at Kia 6 times picked it up this last Thursday filed up my tank and same problem still as the first time October 5th I believe almost $4000 later and same issues not sir why they can not Thursday filed up my tank and same problem still as the first time October 5th I believe almost $4000 later and same issues not sir why they can not fix the car I am beyond frustrated at this point as soon as this happens today I called Misty the service advisors are great but on the repair side. I am so frustrated and disappointed this is taking a toll on me missing work and constantly tuning to Kia. Is unacceptable same is sue 2 months later so much money and the repair people I feel like are just guessing if I let you know what it’s doing Kia should be able to fix it this has been so awful and stressful I can not even explain I am so disappointed with the repair team More

I was left hanging for 3 hours with no updates on the status of the vehicle service. I was in the dealership waiting, and wasn't until I messaged them to ask what was taking so long that the vehicle was status of the vehicle service.
