issue on my Telluride, and waited two hours before they even took my car into service (i was sitting in rockers, so saw it parked at the corner of th
issue on my Telluride, and waited two hours before they even took my car into service (i was sitting in rockers, so saw it parked at the corner of the building) after i texted Misty, she checked on it, said they were taking it in now and would know what needed to be done...of course, my car needed the fix, and the part had to be ordered....so wasted 2.5 hours sitting at the dealer. I am curious as to why they didn't assess it when i arrived, instead of 2 hours later and in 5 minutes knew what it needed. A major waste of my time. All the other service appointments have been timely but this one was a major disappointment. Communication was poor, can't help but think that no one was paying attention, dropped the ball on this visit. I usually give them 5 stars.
