Awesome Sale Experience and Employees I headed to the Anderson Rock River Block (specifically Kia). After doing a lot of research, I knew what I wanted going in, and planned on getting mor I headed to the Anderson Rock River Block (specifically Kia). After doing a lot of research, I knew what I wanted going in, and planned on getting more info (cost and financing) and at least one test drive. After leisurely roaming the lot for a few minutes looking at the different models, Mitch "Macklemore" Edler approached us and offered to answer any/all questions we had. Mitch's no-hassle approach from the get-go really removed the stress of buying a new car. He asked what I was looking for, and explained some of the finer details that the official Kia site hadn't covered. With details and specs out of the way, he found a model on the lot that best matched what I was looking for, and we were off on a test drive. I was able to test drive a 2017 Kia Sorento EX (turbo), essentially the exact vehicle I was looking for (minus the advanced feature packages)! Mitch and his team were able to find the exact model w/features that I wanted at another dealership, performed a preliminary credit check, and the preliminary numbers fit within what I was in the market for. While I went in to look, get info, and test drive, I ended up leaving after putting down a deposit on a new car! I wasn't pressured at any point during the process, everything just aligned perfectly! While waiting for the Sorento to arrive at the dealership, Mitch was in contact letting me know the progress, and within two days the Sorento arrived (faster than I expected)! I came in to complete the paperwork/financing and found out that Gregg Decman in finance, was able to get an even better deal over the preliminary numbers on my car loan. Overall, I can't thank Mitch and Gregg enough for such a stress-free and enjoyable buying experience. Mitch was in constant contact letting me know the progress of things, and Gregg explained every finance step along the way. Car Purchased in Under 1 Hour! We would like to provide our gratitude for three gentlemen at Anderson Rock River. First, Cesar Tapia was willing to work with me over the phone. We would like to provide our gratitude for three gentlemen at Anderson Rock River. First, Cesar Tapia was willing to work with me over the phone. I had done a bunch of homework including test drives at other dealers. I told him what I was looking for, and the price range. He was willing to negotiate remotely to enable our 45 mile drive to be worthwhile (with arriving just as the location was to close for the evening!). No gimmicks, bait and switch, or other tactics. He handed the sale off to one of his associates (Mitch Edler), who was absolutely fantastic. Mitch literally was running between the car, finance, copy machines, tool shop, and even between buildings. to get all paperwork squared away and to complete this deal as quickly as possible. Finance took all of about 12 minutes with the fine expertise of Jeff Winters, and Mitch finished off the purchase with cordless drill in hand to attach the plates. The whole duration at the dealership took about 55 minutes! Will definitely look to make the 45 drive for our next purchase - and will specifically ask for Mitch! Regards, J&DC More
