Mitch did an absolutely phenomenal job communicating, problems solving and resolving the nuances of my tire warranty. I believe that the service Mitch provided was a strong reflection of his commitme problems solving and resolving the nuances of my tire warranty. I believe that the service Mitch provided was a strong reflection of his commitment to valuing me (i.e., the client) and my needs above anything else. For example, I communicated a professional responsibility that I needed to uphold and that receiving timely service is imperative. Mitch listened to my priorities, provided a timeline and was able to follow through. His ability to coordinate with four different parties (i.e., Dunlop, Goodyear, Subaru and Tire Center) to validate my tire warranty in a timely fashion was exceptionally done. Mitch, thank you and I love you. More
