There wasn't anyone around when we first came in. The girl who finally saw us was kinda snotty and said someone would be with us soon. He was knowledgeable about the car and checked on anything he wasn't that I had questions about. The dealership is pet friendly which made our experience 1000x better as we have a dog that we don't leave at home. A few things I wasn't impressed by that I felt were a little "sneaky" after paperwork was done and an error made by the finance department, which ended up costing me more money is why I only rated it 3 stars. Otherwise I would recommend Mitchell Ladd to anyone to buy a car from. More
