From the title it may seem like I was a bit disappointed in service at this dealer. I was a little frustrated after buying a new 17 Mustang that some cosmetics weren't quite perfect but sales was patient and courteous in helping me communicate with the service department. I did have a bit of a time delay but as hurricane Irma was bearing down on the state of Florida I understood the reasoning. From a service perspective they have some things they could do to make the process more transparent. But from a sales perspective it was the best experience I've had with a dealership. Never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Mitchell listened to my concerns and was able to accommodate my requests. I would highly suggest Elder and would even more highly suggest Mitchell be the salesman you ask for. Happy shopping! More
