As a buyer, what they did as a company to make it a positive experience Kyle at eCarOne was great to work with during my recent purchase of a Jaguar. As a buyer, what they did as a company to make it a positive experience was keep their word. Before buying the car, I paid for a pre-purchase inspection with a mechanic. The mechanic found that the battery, brakes and rotors needed replacing. On a Jaguar the cost of the repairs is not insignificant. Kyle, Masoud and the rest of the team made all the repairs prior to purchase which gave me peace of mind. Additionally at closing, their finance team got me an incredible loan rate, a fair trade in value and free car tint to boot.
