Worst experience buying a car I bought a 2014 Maserati Quattroporte GTS from here, buying process was easy. When I start car next day, lot of white smoke was coming from air vent a I bought a 2014 Maserati Quattroporte GTS from here, buying process was easy. When I start car next day, lot of white smoke was coming from air vent and some was coming from exhaust. I notified sales person and he said it could be from a cold start. I noticed the same thing following day, I took car to boardwalk Ferrari in Plano to get it checked out. They said oil level was over limit and oil got to spark plug and into air vent and it will cost for $1200 for it. I contact sales person and he said car was serviced at that dealership and they will work with them. It has been 4 weeks since I dropped my car at dealership and issue still hasn't been resolved. I called ecarone several time to work with dealership in getting issue resolved and it's still and fixed. I contact boardwalk and they haven't heard from ecarone since last week. I don't see any interest from ecarone side since car was sold to me, I bought and sold several cars in past and never had to deal with similar issue, by far my worst car buying experience. More

I looked around, test drove some cars but it wasn't the same. Ecarone has premium vehicles for the best price. I went back to Ecarone where I should have gone there first rather than wasting my time. I let my previous salesman Jaren know I would be up there to find a new car. When I arrived he had all the cars I wanted to test drive up front ready. Within 3 test drives I found my dream car. I told him I wanted the last one I test drove. Ozzie the finance manager is a finance guru and got me an awesome deal low interest rate with full bumper to bumper warranty and Gap. I came back the next day and I was in and out with my new detailed beautiful car in less than an hour. These guys are great to do business with. They care about their customers and will do whatever it takes to make sure you have an easy and delightful car buying experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice car at a good price. Not to mention they only take in nice, clean, Carfax cars so no worries once you buy. Ruby E. More

Saturdays - so busy! E-CarOne, Paul and Elias did a very good job in dealing with us, as well as the sales team. But Mo Ozzie, made the deal for us!
