Johnny Warden, Our Salesman, was efficient and punctual with his communication. Mo Ozzie, Finance Coordinator, was honest and upfront with the warranty packages. Rami, Sales Supervisor, was thorough and ready. We drove from about 4 1/2 hours and were not disappointed. We spent more time drving than we did test driving and signing everything. If you are thinking about making the drive, do it.....you won't regret it. By the way, ask for Johnny!!! More

I usually service my cars at Park Place Mercedes and their "certified pre-owned" stock don't even come close to the beautiful vehicles at E-Car one. Having already gotten a quote for financing through another bank, Elias suggested I finance through them. Ozzie, the finance guy, was able beat the quote I was given so I could get everything done in the fastest/easiest way possible. Elias was very attentive and informative throughout the entire process. As a woman, buying a car can be intimidating. He not only helped make the process as honest and pain free as possible, but he also helped me with finding the best insurance agency. I really appreciate all the care they gave me. I know I'll continue to buy cars from here in the future. More

As I was going through the process I was also very impressed when the Finanace Representative recommended I have a 3rd party shop review the car. Upon review there were a few items to touch up which Elias and team reacted very quickly to rectify and they also took it to the dealership for a warranty item. Overall I was very appreciative how easy the ECarone team made the process and I would highly recommend them to anyone, I can honestly say this seemed like an ethical business that wanted to do the right thing and make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted.
