It was a smooth transaction from start to finish. Our sales Rep, Chris, was informative and helpful through the process. Mo, in finance, was fast and efficient in getting the paperwork signed on both occasions. We recently traded one of the BMW's and canceled the extended warranty on Monday of this week. Two days later, I received a call that our refund check was ready for pick up. Pretty impressive as car dealers go. I would definitely recommend considering E-CarOne if you are in the market for a nice pre-owned vehicle. More
