Marcin responded to all of my inquires i.e. vehicle pricing, financing terms, color availability, etc. in a very expedient manner. My first visit to the dealership for a test drive was very smooth with no pressure for a sale. When I made the decision to purchase the vehicle Marcin, Tom and Kevin made the process very quick and smooth. The purchase process was by far the quickest I have ever experienced at a dealership with the total time being a little over an hour versus the typical 2-2.5 hours that normally occurred in my past experience. I love that the actual price was listed on the website so there were no surprises when it came down to signing paperwork. I worked with Whitney who was very knowledgeable about all the great features on my vehicle. She was also one of the nicest folks you will ever meet. The finance guy Joey was also very nice and super efficient. Everyone seemed super nice, we met the service manager Fredy who gave us his card and told us if any lights ever come on, on the dash that we could take a photo and email him for advice. What an awesome operation this dealership is. So glad I decided to believe what people are saying and make the 40 mile drive from Long Beach! Thank you Cap Mazda team! More
