Fun car shopping with this dealership! I loved their quick response, get to the point attitude, and very easy to talk. It was one of my best shopping experiences!! Forouz was very patient with me, she knows how big of a deal it is to buy a new car and truly gave me all the time I needed including test drives and time with the car in general, very accommodating, low pressure, supremely friendly and genuine too! Forouz was the main reason I selected Capistrano Mazda as the dealership to buy my Mazda 3, I really liked her. Chris Del Campos handled finance, he was very friendly as well and made quick work of the paperwork. Tom Deering I only saw once but made an impression, low pressure and once again very friendly. Knew the gravity of my situation and was a very upfront gentleman. He let me know the hiring practices of his sales team which was very refreshing and gave me confidence with the dealership. Moe Afzal was friendly as well but unfortunately this was the area where I was feeling the pressure the most. I know it was close to deal time so I had to go and get some air to gather my thoughts before finalizing a deal. It's his job to help bring the deal home and I knew that. I came back a day later and got it done with the help of everyone at Capistrano Mazda. It's been a only a few days but I am enjoying my new Mazda 3, thank you!!!! More

He is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, honest and very friendly! Diego made the entire process one of the easiest we've ever experienced (fast and easy!). First Car After my 2002 car broke down this past week, I was in need of a fresh new start. Thankfully I was able to find it here at the Mazda Dealership of San Juan Capistrano. The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly, particularly Katrina Brown! Katrina walked me through the entire process on my own, seeing that this is my first new car she was outstanding. Katrina went above and beyond by helping me purchase the best car for me. After taking to her on the phone twice she new exactly what I was looking for and made sure to stay around the price point I was looking for. Overall, this dealership operates amazing, they are truly genuine and care about their customers. Thank you to the entire Mazda Team for this great experience and helping purchase the best car possible! More

Easiest purchase ever My husband is in the business, so we buy cars differently. We negotiate the deal ahead of time and come in and do the paperwork. Because of this we often get the "3C" delivery; "See the Car, See the Keys, C ya". Not here. AJ took the time to explain everything to me, he made sure I knew how things worked before I left the lot. he made sure I knew I had his cell phone and told me if I had any questions to call him. Kevin in Finance was great, explained all the options to me, made the process as painless as possible. The deal started with Moe who was professional though the whole process. The exact car I wanted was actually sitting in the MV Mall, once we had a deal, he made sure it was back at the dealership when I was able to come pick it up. When I pulled in and saw it sitting there with a "Do not Sell" notice on the windshield, that made my day. I am so happy with this dealership that I will be coming here for service, even though I have other Mazda dealers closer to my home. These 3 sold me on Capo Mazda completely. More
