When the truck I wanted was in Pasco he had no hesitation to have it sent over so I could test drive. I know that this is his job and they are trying to make a sale but it felt alot more personal here. Texting details back and fourth for a couple days he never lost patience or the want to get me in the right vehicle, not just any vehicle. Answered any and every question I had. Jovani was great as well. Very good attitude and helped with the paper work. He was a good test drive buddy. Shout out to Heather as well.
