This dealership is amazing, one of a kind! There is such a positive, professional vibe here. The staff are friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable about Subaru vehicles. They are very intuitive about the buyer experience, able to assist or give space when needed. They have lots of inventory, and the showroom is filled with information about each vehicle and the accessories available (some on display), which was very helpful when I was making a decision on what to add to my new Subaru. Everything from the vehicle specs, the navigation system, the accessories, available finance options and warranties were explained and demonstrated in great detail. It's more than just a sale (as in here's the car, you're on your own figuring it out), it's a new connection, a new member of the Subaru family. It's clear that each person, and department, communicates with each other and works well together to provide an efficient, seamless buying experience where everything is completed and brought together for you. More

Bill and Moe were able to get the exact car I was looking for. When I came in to pick up the car Bill had everything ready to go and introduced me to Tim who handled all the paperwork signing and was very ef for. I was not looking for and did not need a new car. Then I saw my sister's new Outback. It is beautiful but I am not an SUV person, so began looking into the Legacy. I was badly mistreated by another Subaru dealer close to my home. Then a friend's daughter recommended Concordville Subaru. It's quite a distance from me, but turned out to be the most pleasant car experience I've ever had! I worked with Greg Gilley, John Shields, and Tim Raysor. All were professional, friendly and truly understand the meaning of "good customer service". I even ended up with a much better price than had been offered by other dealers. I received an email from General Manager, Moe Laraki the day before my appointment to welcome me and offer his direct line to call if I had any issues. My car is pretty and full of lots of great standard equipment. Greg and John walked me out and, Moe introduced himself as I got ready to leave. An overall surprisingly exceptional dealership. I recommend it to anyone looking for a Subaru. (They also sell Nissans a short distance away!). More
