I was greeted at the door by Rich - a very sweet young man. I never felt rushed or pressured. All of my questions were immediately answered and my options explained. Moe made phone calls to other Subaru locations to accommodate me rather than him and Rich trying to talk me into something. I went home satisfied and waited for a call that he found what I was looking for. I stopped in two days later and completely changed my mind after one more test drive. I LOVE MY NEW CAR and will highly recommend Rich and Moe at Concordville Subaru. Very professional dealership. I told them that the dealership runs like a well oiled machine-from sales to finance (although I don’t remember his name I was too excited to leave in my new vehicle.)
