Horrible experience I visited Southside Kia because a friend recommended this dealership . I went in spoke to a salesperson and filled out an application. Fast forward- 7 I visited Southside Kia because a friend recommended this dealership . I went in spoke to a salesperson and filled out an application. Fast forward- 7 hours later I was told that they could not help me . Yes 7 hrs later . I explained to the salesperson that Capital One was the only company that I wanted to work with . They actually sent my application to 10 companies without my consent . My credit score plummeted 53 points ! I will never visit this company again and I do not recommend anyone else visiting either! More

Everyone is polite and friendly. The service is quick and efficient. Andrea was so vert nice and helpful . I rate Southside Kia at the highest you go and above. I like that they call and make sure everything was satisfactory. I live in Brunswick, GA. and would go no where else for service. The Kia dealer in Brunswick was a bad experience when wanting to buy my car. I had to get up and walk out. When buying my car there I dealt with Moe and Chris Gregware (who is not there now) and was blown away with the service. So I will always drive the 60 plus miles to Southside Kia. More
