Service was very cold and took a long time to get the extra things that they agreed on with the purchase. We closed Sept 13. and I just finally received the item on March 3 😁 I also mentioned to Jordon extra things that they agreed on with the purchase. We closed Sept 13. and I just finally received the item on March 3 😁 I also mentioned to Jordon that my daughter's lease was up in a few months but he did nothing about contacted us. We have purchased money vehicle within the years and that will change. We found another Toyota that we are so happy with so they will get all sales moving forward. We have tried to get ahold of the general manager at Corwin and have never heard from him. All in all just very poor customer service. More

Lots of things missed on the vehicle. Antenna was damaged, I asked about accidents, this was not mentioned. As well as a small dent on the passenger rear panel. Well had my new tundra towed in on September 22 for leaving my family stranded corwins had it 3 days I get it back not even 3 days later towed back in AGAIN on September 29 same issues. In the followin leaving my family stranded corwins had it 3 days I get it back not even 3 days later towed back in AGAIN on September 29 same issues. In the following months YES months I got the run around so bad from dealer AND Toyota itself to the point in November I started a lemon law process. Because the sales team would not help me trade into a new lease because there was no word on what was wrong or how to fix my new truck with 9079 miles after over a month In the shop. Dec5 was the document only hearing to decide if it was going to be bought back or trade out into a new lease but Toyota ruled against me due to lack of documentation!! The dealer won’t release any internal documents to me just the generic work order!! What a scam!! Anyway the falsified letter from Toyota said they ordered an engine “immediately “ for my truck and it came in on November 21 and the truck would be ready on December 5. I called my service manager and said wow we got a whole motor? He was as so as I was he said “no” no motor was ever ordered just some heads to try that came in late November. And still had no answer to when I would get it back. 12/5 12/6,12/712/8 and then on 12/9 I got the devastating news that Toyota ruled against me and said I was on my own. The week before Christmas they had a motor finally arrive for my truck but you guessed it no word on when it would be mine again. Finally picked it up on 12/31. Smells like gojo and grease inside along with deep disappointment and 18% fuel left from a full tank when it was towed in in September!! I have owned many Toyota trucks and SUVs throughout my years and WAS a very dedicated and loyal customer until now. Not once did anyone offer to help with trying to expedite the situation or even offer to take $10 off fees on a new lease if I traded this in, they said my payment would go up from $425 to $900-$1000 plus $5k down because I’m upside down 9 months in on my 3year lease!!! Very disappointed with Corwin and Toyota went to pick it up and the door shut behind me barely before I was out and made me feel like it was my fault. Nobody reached out to see if there was anything that they could do to ease my worries month after month. Would have been nice to tell people Corwins stepped up and said what can we do? Like I said even an air freshener would of been a great act of kindness after what I’ve been through for 3 months of uncertainty.. More
