While I am very satisfied with the vehicle I chose, the gentleman in the finance department Mohammad ensured that I most likely will not be back looking for another car there anytime soon. He seemed very cold, didn't understand why I didnt want to purchase a brand new car, and was a bit insulting when I wanted to finance 5,000-7,000. He told me over and over that no bank would take the loan because of the year of the car. He definitely didn't care about the interests of the customer and only was polite to me after I walked back into the dealership with 5 grand cash. He didnt even finish closing the deal with me, just had his co-worker who reeked of cigarettes do the rest. Thanks again to Bill who went out of his way to assist me for many hours. I love my Honda Civic. More
