I was returning my vehicle for a oil after having 15k service, noticed oil in my driveway. After opening the hood I noticed fryer wires on top next to a junction box next to the passenger fire wall. Wh service, noticed oil in my driveway. After opening the hood I noticed fryer wires on top next to a junction box next to the passenger fire wall. When I arrived at service department by Rafael, I informed him not only of the oil leak and frayed wires, I showed him pictures of the oil spill in the driveway. I also had pictures the the frayed wires. We opened the hood, before bending towards the firewall with no lighting, Rafael pronounced, I must a rodent problem. I was totally taken back seeing that Rafael didn't use a light to assess the damage nore did he look closely at any area. Rafael's lack of better assessment and curt tone of communication left me with little more than a negative interaction all for the lack of the service department not putting the oilpan plug back correctly. I hope Rafael can display better customer service communication in the future. More
