For the first time in my life as a vehicle owner, I felt like I was seen as less because I am a woman who does not understand the mechanical issues that were poorly presented to me by your service tech. I felt devalued because I did not fully comprehend the full extent of what needed to be worked on. When I went back after discovering that my driver's side rear taillight was no longer functioning, and to ascertain the reason why, the young man actually laughed in my face because I didn't understand. That was very belittling for me. From this point, and I know that this is probably no real concern for you because you have other customers, I will probably come to your facility only one more time to get my last oil change which I purchased in a package. I probably won't have your technicians fix my vehicle because, in my opinion, your service technician was very demeaning towards me. I pray that my review will cause your staff to be a bit more conscious of how they treat customers and how to help them understand all they need to know to make wise decisions concerning their vehicles.
