Wonderful Experience We were searching for a new SUV to replace my 2010 RX 350. I have actually been looking occasionally, since last Spring/Summer. The timing wasn't rig We were searching for a new SUV to replace my 2010 RX 350. I have actually been looking occasionally, since last Spring/Summer. The timing wasn't right, and I was turned off by the interior of the RX350. But I kept going back, and looking to see the inventory, because I just love the Lexus! I thought I wanted the NX300. It was fine.....liked it. But then I drove the new 2018 RX350, and BAM! I was in love!!!! We have never had such a pleasant experience, purchasing a new vehicle. Mo Mayassi is a top notch salesman, and he listens to the customer. He was very gracious, and quite knowledgeable. He knows when to talk, and when to be quiet....so you can just sit back and enjoy the ride, and check out all the bells and whistles. He was not pushy.....and he asks YOU alot of questions....so he has a better understanding of what you want, and what you intend to pay. He tells you about who he is, and makes you feel comfortable. I myself, being a people person, did like this, very much. They did not have exactly what I wanted, but he made sure that we found the perfect color, Atomic Silver! Now, the biggest drawback for me on the new RX350's, is the interior. I am not a fan! Way too much of a color scheme difference, for my taste. But, Mo found me a solid color interior, which was much more to my liking, for this vehicle. Once we had decided that we were going to purchase the perfect vehicle for me......he allowed us to drive a loaner vehicle, home. Good move, because it just totally sealed the deal, for me. Kudos to Mo for winning my husband over too.....He can be quite stiff, and unaccommodating......Mo won him over!!! More
