My wife wanted to stay with a Toyota product and before we purchased I asked he to take a look at the Lexus before making a decision. She is so glad she did. We purchased an NX 300 from Charles Barker Lexus in Newport News VA. Mohamad Mayassi was our sales agent and made the transition so easy. He was a pleasure to deal with, no high pressure, calm and always on level ground. Clearly knew the product line very well. He is a true professional. Our experience was so good, that we are going to trade another car next year and will return to buy another Lexus and will be asking Mohamad to take care of us. More

As a single mom, I was very concerned about the entire car buying experience. Unpleasant dealings with car salesmen in the past have left me apprehensive and jaded. When we met Mohamad, he greeted us warmly and was immediately attentive and mindful of our needs - without us even addressing them. He truly listened to us, and it was evident his only agenda was to help my daughter find the very best car. Every question we had was met with a patient explanation. Mohamad truly exhibited genuine kindness and never rushed us during the sale transaction. After the completion of the sale, unbeknownst to us, Mohamad had gone above and beyond what we had agreed upon. We were so grateful, but not entirely surprised. You see, Mohamad had personally worked on a specific request of a couple who purchased a car just before us. It was an unusual request, but we observed him diligently work on the request until it was fulfilled. I sincerely appreciate our experience with Mohamad. He not only sold my daughter her first car, but invested in her and treated her with real dignity and respect in the process. We not only left the dealership with a new car, but a new friend in Mohamad, as well. More
