Both experiences have been wonderful and we wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Mohamad is an extraordinary individual and Lexus is very fortunate to have his services. Mohamad introduced us to Lexus when we purchased our first vehicle, and our second, most recent purchase once again highlighted his depth of knowledge, infectious enthusiasm, joy in what he does and love of Lexus. Mr. Mayassi made this transaction clear by explaining every step in an easy to understand way. He was friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the operation of all features of the car. Our experience buying an awesome car My husband and I had a great experience with the help of Mohamad Mayassi. On a Saturday, we we just browsing and saw Mohamad assisting a couple, who My husband and I had a great experience with the help of Mohamad Mayassi. On a Saturday, we we just browsing and saw Mohamad assisting a couple, who told us hey, Mohamad is the one to help you if you need help, he is awesome, we chat with the nice couple for a bit and had some laughs. My husband told Mohamad we would come back on Monday and we did. We saw the couple again and shared more laughs as if we were old friends. The time spent with Mohamad I feel like I know him as a friend not just someone who sold us a car. When I go to Newport News, I plan to stop by to say hello.
