On a Saturday, we we just browsing and saw Mohamad assisting a couple, who My husband and I had a great experience with the help of Mohamad Mayassi. On a Saturday, we we just browsing and saw Mohamad assisting a couple, who told us hey, Mohamad is the one to help you if you need help, he is awesome, we chat with the nice couple for a bit and had some laughs. My husband told Mohamad we would come back on Monday and we did. We saw the couple again and shared more laughs as if we were old friends. The time spent with Mohamad I feel like I know him as a friend not just someone who sold us a car. When I go to Newport News, I plan to stop by to say hello. The BEST! This is our 3rd Lexus, and the 2nd one purchased with the help of Mohamad Mayassi. Mo is one the most wonderful, and easy to deal with people. He is This is our 3rd Lexus, and the 2nd one purchased with the help of Mohamad Mayassi. Mo is one the most wonderful, and easy to deal with people. He is NOT a salesman, he is someone that will help you find THE BEST automobile for YOU! He was extremely patient (I think it took us a couple of weeks to make our final decision!). There was never any pressure from him, or sense of urgency. It was always "when ever you are ready". We test drove every other comparable car on the peninsula, and a few different Lexus models. Mo listened to my issues with the different cars, and was extremely informative - He KNOWS his stuff! Tony Rutherford was also wonderful to deal with! He made the final step easy and quick. They are not pushy like most car dealerships. You are also in and out with a new car before you know it. Our paperwork was waiting for us when we got there! I have purchased 6 cars from this dealership and I wouldn't go to ANY other dealership or any other Lexus! My husband deals with all the dealerships on the peninsula and loves this place too!
