The BEST! This is our 3rd Lexus, and the 2nd one purchased with the help of Mohamad Mayassi. Mo is one the most wonderful, and easy to deal with people. He is This is our 3rd Lexus, and the 2nd one purchased with the help of Mohamad Mayassi. Mo is one the most wonderful, and easy to deal with people. He is NOT a salesman, he is someone that will help you find THE BEST automobile for YOU! He was extremely patient (I think it took us a couple of weeks to make our final decision!). There was never any pressure from him, or sense of urgency. It was always "when ever you are ready". We test drove every other comparable car on the peninsula, and a few different Lexus models. Mo listened to my issues with the different cars, and was extremely informative - He KNOWS his stuff! Tony Rutherford was also wonderful to deal with! He made the final step easy and quick. Again, very good at what he does! Thank you both Mo and Tony! I know I will always end up coming home to LEXUS! More

Best Car Dealership on the pennisula I love this dealership!!! They take such good car of their customers. You feel like you are part of their family. From Tim (GM), to Thomas (MGR), to Tony (Finance), to our amazing sales guy Mohamad!!!!! They listen to what you say, what you want, and then they find it for you. They are not pushy like most car dealerships. You are also in and out with a new car before you know it. Our paperwork was waiting for us when we got there! I have purchased 6 cars from this dealership and I wouldn't go to ANY other dealership or any other Lexus! My husband deals with all the dealerships on the peninsula and loves this place too! That says a lot. If you need a new car you need to go to buy or lease a Lexus and more importantly you need to purchased it from Charles Barker in Newport News and go ask for Mohamad! You won't be disappointed! More

A Christmas Lexus (2016 Purchase - 2017 Model) I have been reluctant to write, but the more I ignore it, the more it gnaws at me, to "get over it," here we go. The introduction w/Mohamad was fine I have been reluctant to write, but the more I ignore it, the more it gnaws at me, to "get over it," here we go. The introduction w/Mohamad was fine and he was attentive to my comments to the point I got the vehicle I wanted, but ... the follow-up was slow, incomplete, and full of promises that took over a month to resolve. The car was delivered (22 Dec 16) as planned. I didn't realize until later that the "maintenance kit" for the Auto Armor was not present. The temporary (30-day) registration was present and I was assured the permanent registration would arrive in the mail long before the temporary expired. I currently live in SC, so going by the dealership for the permanent one was out-of-the-question. As time on the temporary registration was running out, I noted the issue of no "maintenance kit" being delivered and that the registration was almost expired. "We'll get right on this and have it 'over-nighted' to you." It expired and I spent the next ten (10) days in communication with all levels of management to get the replacement registration and the kit. I was not able to drive the car for nine (9) days, because the replacement registration did not arrive. Not surprising, the finger-pointing happened, where they blamed the mishandling of the documentation on their "contractor" that handles these transactions. Obviously, there is no oversight, follow-up, and/or quality review on performance. To avoid an epistle, I'll not detail the complications I experienced regarding proof of insurance, except to say they made a minor debacle on this documentation, too, that just required them reading what was in front of them. Ultimately, in February, I was back on the road and have a maintenance kit to show for my $795 Auto Armor. Previously, my purchases of Lexus vehicles have been at Lindsay Lexus/Aaron Taylor in Alexandria (VA), and I would recommend them to the fullest. More

He respectfully and professionally listened to what I said about what I would do and what I would not do. Mr. Antar applied honest and ethical principles during the negotiation process. I traded a 2016 Mercedes Metris Passenger Van and after several expected rounds, I received a mutually agreed upon fair trade in. Plus, I was given a purchasing courtesy that allowed me to complete the trade in and delivery process and finalize the payment in full within a reasonable time. Finally, Mr. Antar provided me with a tutorial of the many features of the vehicle based upon my learning curve and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of those features as he enthusiastically explained the many complexities of the vehicle I purchased. Mr. Antar receives an A+ for far exceeding any past experiences with sales representatives that I can remember. Thank you Mr. Antar. More
