He listened carefully to us, was honest and respected our decisions about which cars to explore and that we did not want to take a test drive yet. He was not pushy. He gave us time to contemplate what we had seen. We returned to see him a short while later, took a test drive and were ready to buy the beautiful, pristine, low mileage certified car Mohamad had shown to us. It far exceeded what we ever hoped to find. Everyone worked together calmly and professionally. Mohamad made the process go smoothly, efficiently, quickly, and pleasantly. Thomas clearly explained the service and warranty extensions we were interested in. We returned the following morning and Mohamad carefully and concisely explained the electronics of the car. Repeatedly he told us to call him anytime.....to ask any questions or to make service appointments or if the key battery weakened. We always felt that he would help us far beyond the day of purchase. The quality of the car was excellent and the service as well. I had my own financing but they were able to get me a cheaper rate! Everyone that assisted me was really nice and friendly.
