A serious issue regarding the purchase of a 2022 Honda HR-V EX-L from Atamian Honda dealership. Within three days of signing the contract, I discovered that the vehicle had been involved in a major front- HR-V EX-L from Atamian Honda dealership. Within three days of signing the contract, I discovered that the vehicle had been involved in a major front-end accident, which led to significant mechanical problems, including a malfunctioning air conditioning system. Upon discovering these issues, I immediately contacted the sales Manager "Zizi" to request a rescission of the contract, as is my right under Massachusetts law within the allowable cancellation period. However, my request was denied without any valid justification. Instead of honoring my legal right to rescind the purchase, he refused itemize the purchase, I believe this sales manager/the dealer has engaged in fraudulent and manipulative practices by pressuring me to trade the damaged car for a 2025 Honda HR-V at an inflated price of $44,000, with a proposed monthly lease of $630—far exceeding reasonable market value. This attempt to exploit my situation for a second time is completely unacceptable More
