I bought a 2016 Legacy at Ciocca and really was impressed by the service department particularly with the manner and frequency in which loaner cars were offered. That brought me back to Ciocca to purchase a by the service department particularly with the manner and frequency in which loaner cars were offered. That brought me back to Ciocca to purchase another vehicle. My experience with Jakob was excellent and I credit him with being able negotiate the price to the level I was comfortable with. He certainly deserved a rating of five stars. More

The sales (Jeff), finance (Mo) and customer service (Jenna) staff were not only courteous but honest as well. There was no undo pressure placed on me to purchase a vehicle and a genuine effort to meet my needs and answer all my questions. I was very satisfied with the “ deal “ we negotiated and the speed in completing all the paper work. This was my fourth Outback purchase and my best buying experience ever, I look forward to using the Ciocca service center in the future and can’t wait for Ciocca to open a facility in the Lower Bucks County Pa. area.
