I bought a 2016 Legacy at Ciocca and really was impressed by the service department particularly with the manner and frequency in which loaner cars were offered. There was no undo pressure placed on me to purchase a vehicle and a genuine effort to meet my needs and answer all my questions. I was very satisfied with the “ deal “ we negotiated and the speed in completing all the paper work. Excellent Subaru Experience I will preface this by saying I actually visited a different Subaru dealer prior to visiting Ciocca, and I had a largely, better experience here than I will preface this by saying I actually visited a different Subaru dealer prior to visiting Ciocca, and I had a largely, better experience here than the first place. At Ciocca I felt like I was being educated on the car I was buying, and I felt very welcomed into the Subaru family of cars. I was given detailed responses to my questions and was treated like they wanted to do whatever they could to ensure I had a pleasant experience, now and any time afterward. I came to the dealership after driving an hour to find the exact vehicle I had been scouring for on the internet. I was sent a personal text message with a video tour of the vehicle where they informed me the car was ready for me as soon as I would arrive. Overall, I felt like the experience with Ciocca was the best I may have ever had at a dealership, and it really changed how I felt walking into sales like this and I left feeling like I could really trust this team with anything I needed regarding my vehicle, and that if they couldn't directly help me, they would find a way to make it happen. The guy even offered to pick me up dinner while I worked through the financial paperwork with the other part of the team. Really good service here. More
