Pretty bad. This is the worst experience I ever went through and I did not even buy a car! I would stay away. Somehow I got spam email from this place. They said This is the worst experience I ever went through and I did not even buy a car! I would stay away. Somehow I got spam email from this place. They said I bought a car from them and were going to give me $500.00 bucks off another car. I called to see what this was about. I said I do not remember buying a car from you. I said do you know who my salesman was I live 2,000 miles away! They looked it up in the system and said I bought a car in 2011. I go I will not argue with 500 bucks off! Seems like they are not organized and do not know what they are doing. I had them quote me a car that was listed on their internet for $12,999.00 which was a Nissan Sentra S automatic. I was expecting to get for about $12,500.00 with the $500.00 coupon since they said they would honor the coupon. They raised the car to $13,999.00 when I told them AGAIN I lived 2,000 miles away. They also decided to not honor the $500.00 coupon which I thought was fine since I never bought a car from them. It gets worse. The car keeps going up. Now they added $1999.99 for a value package. I said I am not from there and I do not want it or need it. Now the price is up to $15,999.99. Then she said add 399 for a document fee. I thought 399 was high as I am used to paying 150-250. I go can you give me a different car without the value package. I go it seems odd my price keeps going up since after I said I am not from here. Mollie Arnold starting yelling at me and acting crazy and said all the dealers do this here. She told me to call other car dealers in the area because they do the same thing but they will beat their price after I call them. So I called 2 other dealers in the area and they did the same thing with a value package. Their value package was cheaper coming in at $1495.00-$1700.00. They said there was nothing they could do about it. They however did not raise their car one bit when I told them I was out of town and stayed at the internet price. The other dealers were also helpful, friendly, and tried to earn my business. I called Mollie Arnold back to give her feedback. I said yes you are correct they do charge a value package coming in at 1495-1700. However they did not raise their car price $1,000.00 when I told them I was out of town! Mollie started acting crazy again and started yelling at me. I go calm down you asked for feedback and said you would match their price. Mollie started yelling again. I go I can get a higher Sentra sv trim at another place for the $15999.99 before tax and document fee for your same price so let’s quote another trim as the one you quoted at first is not going to work out for me. Mollie started yelling at me again asking for the total price. If she cannot add the numbers up I was telling her that is not my fault. I gave her feedback and gave her numbers. I go lets at least get the tax price correct on the next quote! 2.9% is not 1875.00 on a $1599.99 car you’re charging me over 8.6% and my tax in OH at most is 7.25% so this needs to be corrected. All of the dealers I called said if you ship a car you pay the tax of the state you live in when it arrives. They said at most they will collect is 2.9% before they ship it. Mollie Arnold started yelling at me again. She said she was going to have a manager call. A manager never called. I called and asked for a manager and left a voice message saying how Mollie Arnold was rude and kept yelling at me for no reason and I needed a different car quoted. The manager called while I was at work and left a message. I called back at least 7 times and the manager avoided my calls and messages. Still have not heard from him or received my quote. I would stay away from this. I will most likely call Nissan corporate and tell them about my bad experience as they should know. More

Found my second choice colour on Coulter Nissan website with internet price $ 25,577.00 After back and forth via email for about 10 days with Mollie and Cheyenne, finally I got the out the door price with an additional shocking $ 1,977.00 Coulter Value Package tacked in the itemized list which includes: * window tint with a lifetime guarantee * nitrogen filled tires, * window etch (security theft), * wheel locks, * and a 3 year / 36,000 mile service maintenance plan which covers your oil changes and tire rotations. I checked on official Nissan Website, the Nissan Frontier SV w/ SV Value Package comes with deep tint on the rear windows and front UV- reducing solar glass and it has Vehicle Security System. I asked to take the Coulter Value Package off from the list but they refused it. So they lost a sale to another Nissan Dealer. More

I exchanged emails with Dealer's Internet Director Molly ref their 2011 Leaf and my limited budget. I was told they are open to negotiation and have a summer clearance event. At their request on September 5, 2014, I drove over 50 miles to visit and test drove the Leaf. When discussing final price, etc with the Sales Rep I asked if this used car came with two Smart keys and was promised by the Sales Rep (Miguel Avila) that if not, they would provide the second key at no cost to me. Following further negotiation with Sales Rep and Shift Sales Manager Richard Lazo I received their best offer which was above what I had communicated to their Sales Director Molly. Anyway, after discussing with my wife that night,, I agreed on the higher price as long as a window tint was also provided. They agreed to do do so. Upon my second visit to sign the "papers", I was told that the promised second key would cost extra. Their shift Manager Scott was completely disinterested in the promise made by his staff and was the stereotypical Sales person that we all abhor - condescending and disinterested in his customer. I wont be buying from Coulter ever. More

I drove almost an hour and a half to see a used Madza Miata. When I called to set up the appointment and I made it clear that I was only interested in that car and asked Molly to be sure to call me if th Miata. When I called to set up the appointment and I made it clear that I was only interested in that car and asked Molly to be sure to call me if the car was not going to be available. When I got there the salesman (Mohammed) asked for all my contact information for the computer system then took me in the golf cart to see the car. Along the way he stopped to try to et me to look at several other cars which I had no interest in seeing. Only then did he tell me the Miata had been sent to the body shop for some touch up and would not be available till sometime next week. The trip to Coulter Nissan was a complete waste of time. They knew when Molly called the day before to confirm the appointment that the car was not going to be available. They have no regard for the customer and a shady way of doing business. I'm not convinced they ever had the car and weren't running a bsit and switch. Definitely undependible and I will never go there again!!!!!!! More

I had a terrific car buying experience at Coulter. I was able to buy the vehicle thousands less than anywhere else I looked. Mollie and Amber were able to quote me a price right away without the nonsense t able to buy the vehicle thousands less than anywhere else I looked. Mollie and Amber were able to quote me a price right away without the nonsense that I was experiencing at nearly all of the other Nissan dealers. They didn't mark up the vehicle with the notorious desert protection package. The vehicle came with free window tint. They had just the vehicle I wanted. The person took care of me at the dealer, Nate, was great. He was even able to give me a ride to drop off my other car. Thanks to Ryan in financing, who made this quick and easy. Overall great experience from the first email to driving it home. More
