When I had car trouble, Bobby Sue was very helpful. Molly helped with our purchase of new vehicle and was friendly and helpful as well. Unfortunately, we were promised a tank of gas upon delivery. Molly helped with our purchase of new vehicle and was friendly and helpful as well. Unfortunately, we were promised a tank of gas upon delivery. This didn’t happen, went unnoticed until we needed to purchase $55.00 worth of gas in order to get home that very day. When it was brought to Mollys attention, we were told we could come back for a fill. This was unacceptable due to the fact we were leaving FL to drive to IA…we suggested that a $50 gas card would be appreciated, that didn’t happen. We were also promised the seat covers (from our 2024 Blazer) would be re-installed in the new 2025 Blazer. Upon pick up of our new vehicle we were told service department was unable to do this. Disappointed in promises made before the sale, but not kept. More
