I wasn’t worried because certainly a dealership wouldn’t sell me a defective car. The next day I read the manual, tried all kinds of things. Nothing. I called Gladstone and was told the service dept. didn’t tell the sales department that the. Aim amp in the car was blown. Then I was told the only place that could fix the car was Portland Lexus because Portland Lexus had diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Well, it gets worse. Speaking to my Lexus dealship I find out that there are no amps anywhere in the US and the part is on back order. Plus the amp works all sound in the car - radio, navigation, phone, etc. But wait, it gets even worse. Gladstone said they would buy a second key to the car, mail it to me, and I could have my dealership program it. When the key didn’t arrive in 3 weeks I called to inquire. Left 4 messages as no one would talk to me. Received a text message stating the manager said Gladstone couldn’t buy me a key so I need to buy it myself and send Gladstone a bill. Do ya think Gladstone will reimburse me? Hmmmm… Don’t buy from these guys. They are undoubtedly the worst dealership I have every bought a car from and I have bought a lot of cars. More

I was planning to visit 3 dealerships to look at cars I wanted. I chose to visit Gladstone Toyota first, because of Cassie’s friendliness on the phone. She was prompt answering my questions and sent me inf wanted. I chose to visit Gladstone Toyota first, because of Cassie’s friendliness on the phone. She was prompt answering my questions and sent me information about the vehicle quickly. Once there, I didn’t feel pressured into accepting a deal I didn’t want. I felt like she cared about me and was trying to help us get the deal we wanted. She’s has great people skills and is an asset to this dealership. She has a fun personality. I usually dread buying cars, but I left Gladstone feeling good about my purchase. I also really liked working with Momo. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and has a fun sense of humor. He took the time to do some extra math to show me the difference between leasing/ buying & just buying, so we were able to make an informed decision. We never went to the other 2 dealerships, because we got a good deal and were treated with respect and not just a sale. We will go to Gladstone again. I highly recommend Cassie & Momo. More

Cassie and momo were the most amazing people at Toyota. Cassie went above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns I had.
