We went into Germain Honda just to see what a new CRV looks like compared to my 2021 CRV. I had several payments left on my lease. We were met with Patricia Rodriguez from sales. Patricia remained calm throughout the process and she said a deal can be made. We then met with Mona Janic, business manager, who walked us through all the figures. We ,of course, had a back and forth and we actually came up with a lease deal to our liking. Mona learned that I like to cross the t’s and dot the i’s on every form and when there was a minor discrepancy it was immediately handled. Patricia has always been there to answer my questions and there usually are many. I am happy it’s Germain’s staff and the CRV that I leased.. More

Trent Dixon was our client advisor. He did a fantastic job showing us around. He was able to answer all our questions about the different vehicles that caught our attention. He didn't use any pressure sales tactics and just provided us the relevant and accurate information we need to decide on a vehicle. He took care of us the way every customer should have. He changed our minds about Germain dealers and I'm glad that Germain has made significant changes to customer service. More
