Hello, my name is Mona Janjic and I am Finance Manager for Germain Honda. I was born and raised in Serbia and I lived in Italy for 4 years which gave me an amazing opportunity to meet Italian culture, travel all over the country and learn Italian. First place where I lived when moved to United States was Block Island in Rhode Island. Recently I moved with my husband to beautiful Naples and started working for Germain Honda. When I am not selling cars I love spending time with my husband and our rescue puppy on our adventures. I know that choosing a car is like choosing your significant other-you want to be happy with it every single day for many years! And my goal is to make it happen! I recently purchased a Honda Cr-V at Germain Honda. It was my third visit to an Naples area car dealership in search of a small SUV. Germain did not disappoint. Professional at every step from entering the building to signing and driving my new vehicle off the lot. Jesus Torres my sales associate asked all the right questions, detailed the process. We walked the dealership allowing me to get an idea of the vehicles that might fit my needs and budget then decided on the Cr-V AWD. I received a fair offer on my Honda Accord trade-in and we agreed on the sale. I want to give a big "Shout Out' and thank you to my personal Germain Honda 'A'-Team, Jesus Torres, Mona Janjic and Joe Pens. More

I’ve been buying my Honda cars at Germain for 11 years and keep coming back because of the nice service. Jeanne Smith was a great person to work with! She really worked hard for me. I purchased this car remotely and never saw it in person! Marcelo did a great job in taking pictures, answering my questions, and being my eyes from Naples to Pittsburgh!
