I'm not pleased with the service I received.
I brought my car in for an inspection, and was told the power steering hose was leaking, which I had no prior knowledge of, and no issue with before

Upon getting my car home after a week of the shop having it, the leak was significantly worse. It was now an actual problem. I'm not sure if the tech didn't put the hose on right or what the problem was. But now I'm still waiting on my car to be finished after a week and a half, and getting any updates at all is near impossible. I've had to call and pester the staff numerous times just to be given the verbal equivalent of shrugged shoulders.
