Polite but no real deal to be made My wife and I wasted an hour coming to Tucson Subaru when we could have gone direct to Scottsdale for better service and people willing to make a deal My wife and I wasted an hour coming to Tucson Subaru when we could have gone direct to Scottsdale for better service and people willing to make a deal. We had been looking at a used car on the lot which had been there for two months with no change in price, and research showed that it was too much compared to a newer model with similar features. When we made an offer the dealership wouldn't budge on the price, then ignored questions on why they added value to the car for having higher mileage. When pressed to negotiate they only replied that they had the highest customer satisfaction in the country. If you can't explain your fees and pricing, and repeatedly say how great you are...maybe you really aren't that great. While the staff was always polite they did not present well when it comes to negotiating. As we discussed each cost item on the list, Monica stated "I don't want to get into an argument". It's not an argument when haggling price. Charge high fees and can't explain it, then act like we are being unreasonable...not very businesslike. Chandler Subaru by contrast was willing to answer questions, make a deal in price, accepted an offer for a model 1-year newer with all the same features as the Tucson model, and was willing to adjust their pricing. We bought it that day and drive home much happier. More

Love my new car! Not much wiggle room on price of car. Kept telling me about HUGE savings on dark cars, plus end of year and end of month discounts. Didn’t get much off of price after telling me this. Lowballed on trade in which I regret. I should have sold it on my own. Louie in finance deserves a five star. At the time, I was very interested in the RAM, however, walked away uneasy with my sales rep. Next day, I returned, Met Monica - she made the entire process Very Pleasant, Enjoyable, Honest, Cleare and precise with details, car fax, KB analysis, financing and negotiations. Monica truely introduced an entirely different approach to vehicle sales. A very pleasant experience that I will strongly recommend to those of interest In buying or exploring interest in used vehicles. Great buying experience! On Tuesday morning, my husband and I walked into Tucson Subaru to check out the 2019 Forester and drove away 5 1/2 hrs. later with our gorgeous new Fo On Tuesday morning, my husband and I walked into Tucson Subaru to check out the 2019 Forester and drove away 5 1/2 hrs. later with our gorgeous new Forester Touring. We could not have been more pleased with our salesperson, Monica Schivone. She was totally knowledgeable about the Forester, answering all questions that we had. She helped us get the car at the price we wanted. Jennifer, in the Financing Dept., made our loan experience almost painless. We’ll be going back on Saturday morning and Monica will help us understand how to use many of the great safety features on the Forester. We certainly appreciate her helpfulness in going the extra mile to be sure that we understand how to get the most out of our new car. Monica also took us around the dealership to meet staff in the parts and service departments, as well as the sales manager. Thank you, Tucson Subaru! More
