I was at the Service department for my 20,000 mile service on 2/7/24. Like previous visits, Monica was very helpful, professional and personable. Meanwhile, I should recognize the nice lady at the coffee shop who was giving wonderful customer service with the complimentary beverages, pastry and other snacks.
