Everyone I came into contact with was very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite! I bought a 2015 Ford Edge SEL with less then 60,000 miles in pristine condition. Monica although new to me took her time to understand where I was coming from. Appreciate her kindness. And yeh car was indeed inspected this time.
