BEST TIME BUYING A VEHICLE IN 20 YEARS I was looking for a new (used) truck. Found one on web called it was out of my price range. They had one just came in, they would have to inspect it a I was looking for a new (used) truck. Found one on web called it was out of my price range. They had one just came in, they would have to inspect it and call me when it was ready. It took three days to do the inspection she called when it was ready. I went to KOON'S on 12-22-17 for test drive everything was great. I met Morgan & she was GREAT VERY FRIENDLY a PROFESSIONAL went for test drive, the truck was perfect for me. Then we did the paper work in about 3 hours and I was on my way home. In all my years (39) of driving and buying vehicles this was Obsoletely the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. MORGAN made it actually enjoyable to buy the truck no pressure or any other BS SHE WAS TERRIFIC and everyone at the dealership was very friendly like long lost family. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from KOON'S CHEVROLET and of course I will definitely be looking for Morgan Anderson. PS I normally don't do reviews but I had to do this one. Great job Morgan you are the best!!! More

I have never had anyone be so dilligent in their communication, follow up, integrity, and professionalism as Morgan and Claron at Koons Chevrolet in White Marsh. We will absolutely be back, i already sent my cousin to Morgan to purchase a new silverado and she delivered the same customer excellence with him that she did with us. If your somebody who hates buying a car because of the sales tactics and games that some dealers play... save yourself the frustration and go straight to Morgan at Koons Chevy.
