Morgan helped me get into Unfortunately I had a 2019 Coloardo purchased from another location that had issues, and I just wasn’t trusting it anymore. Morgan helped me get into an exact replacement for a reasonable price, but price is not what this review is about. After sending note to dealer on line, I got quick and accurate information to my questions early and even to around 10PM. As I was coming in from over 200.miles away, she had car ready for me to test drive and close on quickly to get on my way. Well, had one little bump, when working with Sheri on financing, power went out. Morgan came back and went over technology in truck and taught me a couple things I didn’t know from past dealer and having the exact same model previously. I’ve purchased near 30 vehicles, and this was time I would rate experience better than just OK. There were a couple screws in the car, and when I showed to Morgan I expected a response of “Oh, they are nothing” and thrown them away. She got the service manager to come out and talk about the parts. It’s things like this that separate organizations. More

Morgan is amazing!!! i had been looking at a2013 Chevy Equinox on the Koons website over the past week but had decided to wait a few months before actually buying. But, life decided that my car would start acting up after taking my granddaughter to school one morning so I came home and sat on my steps upset but decided I would see if I was able to qualify for the Equinox if it was available and I reached out to the dealership via text and the person on the other side was Morgan. She answered my questions and said to fill out the application and she would do whatever it takes. By the time I picked up the granddaughter at 11:15 she was calling me to tell me that I was approved. I went to the dealership met Morgan at 1:30 and after a test drive and signing all the paperwork I was in the 2013 Chevy Equinox that I had been wanting and Morgan walked me through every step and is absolutely amazing!!! I even told the insurance agent at my insurance company how wonderful she was and if she thinks about buying a car to see her. She took a stressful morning and turned it completely around and got me in the vehicle that I wanted. More
