Worst Customer service Originally they were really friendly and kind of compliant, all so they could get me to drive a newly used car off the lot. Everything was fine until Originally they were really friendly and kind of compliant, all so they could get me to drive a newly used car off the lot. Everything was fine until a couple days after have buying the car, a manufacture deficit caused damage to the internals of the engine. As of now it’s been a whole week and the dealership has yet to reach out to me and acknowledge the damages. Also every time I call them, they leave me on hold and hang up..... several times!!!!!! If you are reading this I advise you to go somewhere else and avoid this headache. More

I needed to know early what you gave me for the Rogue. I did not find out until I sat down with the Finance person. A little more clarity would have helped. Then there is the thing with the Extended Wau I did not find out until I sat down with the Finance person. A little more clarity would have helped. Then there is the thing with the Extended Wauranty-not good either. Can you believe that the mileage wauranty on the Rogue -a used car was better than what it Is on Kicks-a new car *Not Good.
