Sold me a pretty lemon Bought a 2013 Mazda CX-5 from Jeff Sousou on 12/26/16. The car was in the shop for repair on 12/27/16, and again on 1/04/17. At this point, the car ha Bought a 2013 Mazda CX-5 from Jeff Sousou on 12/26/16. The car was in the shop for repair on 12/27/16, and again on 1/04/17. At this point, the car has been in Kia's shop for more days than I have had it in my driveway. Jeff was not truthful about a couple of things 1) he said an open recall item was taken care of but it was not. 2) tire pressure light was on when we test drove with Leo and Jeff said it would be taken care of before we left. 4 hours later, we drove off the lot and the light was still on. The next day, while driving on I84 during heavy traffic, the car started bucking, and traction control and check engine lights came on. It was very scary. I called Jeff to ask him to have a loaner ready as I was bringing the car in. When I arrived, I saw Jeff inside. By the time I got inside, he was nowhere to be found. He didn't even respond to being paged. He didn't have the decency to face me. He sold me a pretty lemon and I will NEVER purchase another car from Jeff. Nor will I recommend Danbury Kia to family or friends. Considering that the same issue occurred within 15 days, and I had to bring it back twice, I am not very confident that the issue has fully resolved. However, I do trust Wayne and his techs because they seemed to know what was wrong with it, but were following the advice of colonial Mazda. Wayne and his team made sure I had a rental or loaner and Wayne drove my car until the issue occurred a third time. Then he drove it back to Colonial and they were better able to diagnose and hopefully resolve the issue. This issue has sucked the fun out of the buying experience and instead, I am scared every time I drive this car. My only complaints with service is that they never state their name when answering the phone and they didn't call me with updates. I had to call them requesting an update, which was not convenient.
