Mustapha was not only courteous and professional, but took his time to he could find me the right vehicle for my family during a hard time. Since 9 am till 7 pm (His shift ended 3:30), Mustapha managed to text me while at work to find me a car within my range, and also the best quality package of protection. By 12:30pm, he found me the car I loved. Never in a million years I would have thought of driving a Mitsubishi or anything not Chevy, but I digress. Your Sales manager worked with my credit and allowed me to use my down payment the right way, no games, no gimmicks, no upsales, just straight business, but with such compassion as if we were family. Joe in finance gave me your best package plan to fit my loan to ensure I had the best protection B2B, kindly explained to me the warranty, took the time to show me how my payments would be, and even informed to come back in 4 years to extend my warranty when it expires. Got my beautiful stick shift Mazda 3 hatchback a couple weeks ago. love my new car 100% so far. I was able to get my new car without being stressed at all at Sport Mazda. Mustapha Taha was extremely rude and told me that I would dream of buying the k900 & he said I was only approved because of him. Told me windshield would take 3 months to be replaced, after purchasing the c dream of buying the k900 & he said I was only approved because of him.
