Diana Almonte was phenomenal. Her customer service was amazing. She was very helpful and informative. She made my husband and I feel like family. From the moment my family walked into City World Hyundai we were greeted and promptly accommodated by the staff.Diana made the Car buying process an ease.I have never had a better customer experience than I we were greeted and promptly accommodated by the staff.Diana made the Car buying process an ease.I have never had a better customer experience than I did today with Diana.She is very knowledgeable and friendly in every way possible.Diana went out of her way to make us feel comfortable.We test drove the car we wanted and Diana made sure we picked a car we would love. We also worked with Mykael in the finance department which helped us by explaining everything in detail as far as our loan. Erizardo was also very helpful by making sure our car was ready to go with everything we needed. My family and I are so thankful for the service we received.The team at City World Hyundai is phenomenal. If you ever need to purchase a car Diana is the person to see.This Suv is perfect for our family. Thank you City World Hyundai. More

We are moving soon, and naturally in order to do so, we needed a vehicle. As first-time purchasers, we did our research online ahead of time, and after identifying what car we wanted based on the *stellar* needed a vehicle. As first-time purchasers, we did our research online ahead of time, and after identifying what car we wanted based on the *stellar* fuel economy and features, we "settled" on coming to visit this dealership. The plan had been to visit several Hyundai dealerships in the area to avoid "settling" for the first one we visited--however, thinking ahead, I (wife) researched the Hyundai dealerships in the area, and the reason I recommended we visit this one first was because of the promotions and financing options available. This was a location that offered 0% financing if you qualified, and while other locations offered concessions like $1,500 dealers choice (w/o 0% interest financing at the time of this review), or $1,500 coupled with standard financing (no interest), on the long term I didn't see the value in it. The other promotions they honored included participation in the Drive Clean initiative in New York (point-of-sale rebates for your Hybrid or Electric vehicle), First-Responders promos from the manufacturer, and a few other perks. So those are all the reasons *I* chose to come here first. The reason *we* stayed was because of the excellent customer service (🤩🤩🤩). The place is clean and cozy, and though the building has seen better days, pretty buildings do not good people make. Case in point: we went for a walk in the region to also consider our options at other dealerships nearby that look much prettier up front. We talked to a few of the sales folks, and asked a few basic questions. No matter how good the deal is however, the right answer to "what's the range for this PHEV's battery-only mode?" *is not* "136 miles." And the confidence they stated that with, too (😞). I digress. Leonard welcomed us in and he asked questions to better understand what we were most interested in (FUEL ECONOMY!). After a friendly exchange, he arranged for a test drive of the vehicle we had come in to see, and during the drive provided us as much information as he could based on what he knew about the vehicle. This is where his customer service became stellar: we had some questions in the car about specific safety features available on the 2022 Hyundai Ioniq PHEV (SEL), and he responded with the information he could recall to the best of his ability, but once we got back to the dealership, the *first thing he did completely without prompting* was confirm with colleagues and management whether his information was correct, and only after then he returned to us and corrected himself before we continued on with the transaction. It's very clear that the staff here are customer-focused and do their best to meet the customer where they are for the vehicles they need. I'm sure at one point, when asked about the color, I responded "any color *but* blue". And yet here we are. Their offer was amazing, and even though we ran into some difficulties (entirely *our fault* as first-time car buyers), the entire team tagged in this review did their best to make up for it and turn this into a great experience all around. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in making their first-time car purchase, especially if you're looking for that *stellar* fuel economy. More

I had the opportunity to work with Diana Almonte in 2019 when I bought a Tuckson Sport and she was so great, honest, efficient and caring for my vehicle needs that I promised I would visit again to buy a vehicle for my wife. Guess what? I just had a lease of a Santa Fe 2022. Thanks for the great service Diana. I had competitive prices at other brands, but because of the great service, follow up and willing to assist, I decided to do it CityWorld Hyundai! Erizardo, thanks for the great service. I got played like a violin at Cityworld. They must of I got played like a violin at Cityworld. They must of been clowning me when I left out the door on how they suckered me. I don’t know how these dealers sleep at night knowing how they lie, steal, and cheat just to make a sale. Long story short- 1. Was sold a car with an accident without being notified. ( had I known i would never buy a car with an accident) 2. Was lied to about not qualifying for a lease when I actually was but was swindled into financing a preowned car with an accident. 3. Lied to about the total amount of payments on the car. In short, Don’t be fooled by the friendly chit chat and irrelevant talk about things other then your purchase- Diana is good at this - she got me good…. with all the distractions and friendly talk and failed to disclose the car had an accident. She will ask you 100 questions that has nothing to do with the car to bamboozle you. Don’t sign your car fax until you have confirmed the information on the car. They will purposely rush you through the signing process! Also they tire out their customers by dragging out the whole process to almost 5 hours while they do switch and bate on prices- so you are so exhausted and just want to sign and leave. They had me in there till almost 10 at night with a newborn baby! Went in the next day to try to Resolve this issues and again they try to play me for a fool with their back and forth shenanigans and in the end blame me for buying the car-even was told leases are more expensive then financing- like what ???? Okay I’m boo boo the clown. So yea I was on a high thinking I got a good deal till I saw the car fax and was offered the option to purchase again but with a lease. CityWorld has extremely unethical practices and knows how to scam people without knowing they got scam. If it wasn’t for the car fax report being emailed I wouldn’t have known about the accident nor that I qualified for a lease. To all who read this: Remember you do not have to sign anything! And do not laugh and giggle with them look at the numbers looks at your paperwork walk away if they are taking to long . Don’t be a fool like me ! More

Diana first must have seen my number in the database from me inquiring about a sonata . She gave me a call and we set an appointment . I missed my original appointment and was about to just forget about the me inquiring about a sonata . She gave me a call and we set an appointment . I missed my original appointment and was about to just forget about the whole thing until I seen her number pop up and she said she’ll still wait for me . I got there and waiting for me was the best car I’ve ever seen . Based on a few questions from our first encounter she was able to go above and beyond with meeting my needs . She was super helpful and comfortable ! She made me feel like I was speaking with a family member that had my best interest at heart . I told her I’m coming to her for everything and she assured me it would be okay ! I really only went to look at my car but this woman here can sale water to a whale at the right price and with great comfort! I told the people at Hyundai they had better keep her because she’s great !!! And she is ! More
