Amazing They really are the helpful Honda people! I was rear ended in the freeway on a Tuesday, on Friday my insurance company called me to inform me that my They really are the helpful Honda people! I was rear ended in the freeway on a Tuesday, on Friday my insurance company called me to inform me that my car was a total loss and that I had to return the rental they provided by the following Wednesday. On Saturday my compadre and I went to the Nissan dealer and there was no professionalism on their part, they weren’t even willing to negotiate a price on a 2019 Altima. We left Nissan and headed down the street to the Honda dealer. We didn’t even walk inside of the building and Mr. Daniel Kim approached us and was willing to assist us with our needs. We test drove a 2019 Honda Accord Sport and 2 hours later I was driving my new car home. AWSOME SERVICE! I will definitely recommend Honda to everyone out there looking for a great car by great helpers. More

Total sales price. I believe we got burned on the total sales price. When we were negotiating the numbers I remember being shown the total number we'd be financing was a I believe we got burned on the total sales price. When we were negotiating the numbers I remember being shown the total number we'd be financing was around 33k after putting approx. 10k down and getting a loyalty discount of an additional 2k. That would brink the total sales price to around 45k. The msrp was approximately 40k. The sales and financial team were very friendly and nice to work with as they worked with us to get our monthly payment down. This was kind of frustrating as the apr was much higher than we should've been afforded considering our excellent credit. They were not able to get that apr percentage down much but did figure out ways to get our monthly payment to a satisfactory number. However I am not convinced we got the same sales price we were shown before submitting for final paperwork. When we were going through final financial paperwork we were a bit rushed (admittedly it was partially our fault as it was getting late). Now that I had time to look at the final price however I see that our final financing number came in at approx 37K, as opposed to the 33k I recall being shown before, and the total cost of the vehicle approx 50k. The financing number could be higher as we readded some insurance features, but it's this total cost that seems abnormally high for the car we purchased as we didn't even get the highest model available. When I look on true car price estimates now it shows the average market price for the car as 37k. I understand that may not include taxes. I must say I am a bit disappointed and regret not taking more time to shop around or more time to read over the numbers more closely. If the msrp was 40k I don't see how, after taxes and extended warranty / insurance features (which were around 3k), the final sales price came in slightly north of 50k. Seems a few thousand too high. Bottom line the staff at the dealership were friendly, not pushy and did a good job working with us and giving us time. I'd just recommend anyone looking to buy new to do their due diligence in shopping around and reading all the paperwork carefully. Give yourself time and try not to find yourself rushed.. More

Mediocrity is alive and well in Glendale Bait and switch is their primary tactic. They will lure you into the intitial sale with bells and whistles, then as the negotiations progress, each a Bait and switch is their primary tactic. They will lure you into the intitial sale with bells and whistles, then as the negotiations progress, each and every addition has a surcharge This, despite the sales reps having agreed to a price earlier for the car as-is. It doesn't stop there. The finance guy is at it too. He thought he could pull a fast one on me by giving me a complimentary oil change package, worth $330. Then he proceeded to attempt to mislead me with the financing paperwork to make it look like I had the free oil changes when in actual fact he had included them in the financing totals. But he wasn't as quick as I was and I called him out when I noticed his calculations didn't make sense. Read everything they give you. Check every calculation. They're dishonest at best and are trying to rip you off at every turn.. More
