I’ve seen both my parents become visibly frustrated and upset with the process at other dealers. Yesterday when Mitch and I left we called my parents to tell them how floored we both were. I couldn't understand why the payments would be cheaper than what I was previously looking at because the premium has more. When I went in and saw the paperwork, it's because it was just the price of the car. They didn't add anything on their own. Then when it came to talk with the finance manager it was very laid back and it was made clear that they were presenting me with what they thought was best, but they would respect my decisions if I wanted different. I also appreciated that they did not pressure me to buy today, they were willing to go as slow as I wanted but did advise to buy before Saturday due to rates changing. I did not feel that I was with a sales person. I was with someone who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested. More
