I've done business with Brandon Ford and. Chevy Dimmitt (avoid at all cost) and I would choose Ferman Ford again & again. I had concerns the night I did the purchase that I didnt catch when there. Salesperson said it will have every option but massaging seats. I thought that’s what we ordered. Didn’t have the 360 camera and the salesperson didn’t seem to have the knowledge. We needed that option because we haul horses. Needless to say it didn’t come with that option. We traveled an hour and a half to this dealership to order this vehicle. More

Changed the rating to 5 star. The manager Daniel Patregnani was so kind to call to let me know, they would be happy to fix the window. Now a very Happy Customer, would highly recommended the dealership amd service department. I Love my SUV!! So happy I purchased. Was not happy with sales person Dean, lack of returning emails & calls. Seems he was always out for 2 ot 3 days. Did not hear back from emails till I sent an email telling him " I am in sales and never disrespect my clients like you have me, not returning emails or call" then heard back with I was out of town or office. Your Finance guy set me up with a loan at 5%, when I have a credit score over 800. After purchasing the virus hit and didn't bring back till May to have repairs done during this time I worked from home and didn't drive SUV much. There is a big scratch on rear window where wipers wipe. When I brought back for repairs, was told by service person William (which was very kind) it may not be covered because of time frame. Really our State was on lock down. He said he would check with sales management, have never heard back. Should had taken a photo of the scratch and emailed. (Of course Dean didn't respond to me emails, would had been a waste of time.) It would be nice if you would fix the scratch, the cuts are pretty deep. I found it after washing, when drying off water. Look forward to hearing back from someone to repair the back window. More
