I brought in my 2024 Kia Niro to service on Monday June 3rd. I was informed it was a bad o2 sensor. After evaluation I was allowed to use my car for a day and a half. Returning it Wednesday June 5th to get 3rd. I was informed it was a bad o2 sensor. After evaluation I was allowed to use my car for a day and a half. Returning it Wednesday June 5th to get worked on. I explained I’d be out of town working until Monday June 17th therefore they would have ample time to address the situation. However it was not addressed the remainder of the week until the following Monday, June 10th. That day I was told my car had a “stored history code” and it was being cleared. Moving forward to Friday, June 14th I was then again mentioned I had a bad o2 sensor in hopes for the part to arrive Saturday, June 15th for competition Monday, June 17th. Count the days. Addressed in the shop June 3rd. Dropped off June 5th - June 17th. A total of exactly 14 days. To just barely get completed in time. I do understand I vocalized the car could be in the shop until June 17th. But let’s think for a moment. What if I wasn’t working out of town? My car was not addressed for five days. Can you imagine bringing your car to a local mechanic and them taking an entire two weeks to complete your car? I don’t think so. When I was told Friday morning, June 14th it might be done Monday I quickly responded with the possibility of receiving a rental car if not completed in time. No response. I truly think the service department has been complained to so many times that it’s simply numb to them. Which is understandable. However it’s hard for me to be positive when I purchased this Kia Niro April 30th and within one month my service engine light goes on. What gets me the most is why was I told I had a bad o2 sensor Friday, June 14th when it was very well informed on June 3rd. You knew this whole time! Why wasn’t it replaced sooner? More

Nada is disrespectful, unprofessional and should not be working in this role. I filled out an inquiry form online about a kia telluride. I put my information in and she called me. The call dropped as my service in my offices goes in and out. Before I even got a chance to call her back, she sent me the most disgustingly rude message saying "why put in an online inquiry with your personal info and phone number if you're not looking to be helped and hanging up on people". Her response says a lot about her/this location. That grossly, rude, assuming text message literally drove my business away. More
