Our buying experience Saturday evening was REFRESHINGLY easy! Mindy was knowledgeable, and familiar with our vehicle. She and Nader were warm and absolutely did not pressure us at all. I was actually in tears upon leaving because it was such a positive buying experience of our "new" preowned Toyota RAV4. Even though we drove 88 miles from Huntington Beach to test drive (then actually purchase) our new-to-us SUV, I would ABSOLUTELY consider returning to Shottenkirk Desert Lexus in the future! 5 out of 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ More
